When you’re ready for dinner, choose among a dozen locally owned restaurants for fresh seafood.

Mystic Seaport (WWW.MysticSeaport.Org), a short drive from the House of 1833, is a maritime museum. Some visitors were surprised that it is not a working seaport but is a curated collection of genuine antique buildings offering interpreted tours by live humans. If you were to head a few miles west on Interstate 95 to Groton, CT, you could tour the Nautilus, the first atomic submarine (which was actually built in Groton! USSNautilus.Org [please be sure to check their schedule]).
